Unfortunately, the exact rental prices at NEMA San Francisco remain unclear. However, it is worth noting that inbound moves to San Francisco have stagnated in recent years, with a rate of 49.5%. In 2019, this rate was slightly higher at 54%, as reported by the National Association of Realtors.
