This marks Trump’s second visit⁤ to the secretary of state’s office.⁣

Eight years ago, he⁢ registered for ⁤the 2016 primary on the opening day of the filing period and had Vice President Mike Pence submit his paperwork for the 2020 primary. Trump ⁣emerged as the winner in both primaries, however, he lost the state in the general election.

During‌ a ⁤press conference on Monday, New Hampshire ⁢Democrats voiced their criticisms of Trump, condemning and characterizing⁤ him as “untrustworthy.”

“At a time when our country confronts significant problems at‍ home and around‌ the world, and ⁣when our global leadership is as indispensable as ever, we need to‍ be united. But Trump is incapable of bringing us together,” U.S. Sen. Maggie Hassan said.

“We are the Live Free or Die State: We have no use for a man who would overturn our elections or praise dictators. I know that as Granite Staters ⁢and Americans, we will reject Trump ⁣and we will win next November,” the Democrat continued.

Two weeks ago, Trump visited⁣ New Hampshire for a campaign gathering in Wolfeboro. During which,⁢ he attributed responsibility for the attacks on Israel to President Biden’s weak leadership and⁤ Iran’s‌ U.S.-backed ⁤funding.

“When I was your president, we had peace through strength, ‌and now we have weakness, ‌conflict and chaos. The atrocities we’re witnessing in Israel would never⁢ have ⁢happened if I⁤ was president,” Trump asserted.

During his⁣ speech, Trump also‍ criticized fellow GOP presidential ⁣hopefuls Ron DeSantis and Chris Christie, saying that DeSantis has fallen so far in the ‍polls as of late that he ⁤is not ‌sure if he is even worth mentioning.
