Congressman Madison Cawthorn (R-N.C.) is putting Big Tech on the spot and accusing them of showing preferential treatment towards Democrats as well as their party’s agenda.
“Big Tech let me ask you a question, why are you so pro-illegal immigration and why are you so pro-censorship?” he asked via a Twitter video. “It’s disgusting.”
According to the congressman on Monday, Twitter blocked him from sending a tweet in which he praised Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s leadership in responding to the illegal immigrant crisis at the southern border.
Big-Tech is actively censoring my GOVERNMENT account as we speak.
They will not allow me to praise @GovAbbott for his leadership in addressing the immigration crisis on our southern border.
This is madness! https://t.co/mf2xZpDybc pic.twitter.com/J3AIoUEqvw

After having no luck sharing the tweet about Abbott, the representative from North Carolina tried to send a tweet reading “testing” and reported he had no issue making that post.
