A majority of the 38 ministers passed the deal, however, three cabinet ministers from the Religious Zionism party voted against it.

In‍ the⁣ agreement, Hamas will release 50 hostages back ⁤into Israeli hands ⁤in exchange for 150 Palestinian prisoners. As part of the deal,⁢ Israel must also allow ‌300 aid trucks per day to enter Gaza from Egypt.

A senior Israeli official reported to ⁢the Israeli news organization, Haaretz, that “the plan will see Hamas release‌ 30 kidnapped children, eight mothers ‌and 12 more women during a⁢ five-day cease-fire.”

According to The Times of Israel, groups of people ⁤taken from Israel will be released 12-13‌ people per day.

“Not all details of the agreement have been formally released to the public, but an Israeli⁤ government official briefing reporter‍ earlier Tuesday said that the deal is expected⁢ to⁢ see the release of 50 living Israeli citizens, mostly women and children, in groups of 12-13 people per day.”

It is⁣ unclear when the deal will⁣ be implemented. However, the⁤ deal cannot go into⁢ place until Thursday, as Israeli ‍judges need time to review the potential legal challenges to the release of prisoners.

The names of the Palestinian prisoners will be released to the‌ public over the ⁤next 24 hours. Israeli citizens will have a chance to⁢ appeal the court against ‍their release.

A second phase⁢ of this deal could see the⁣ terrorist group releasing more women,‌ children⁣ and elderly individuals if Israel would extend‍ the ceasefire by several days.

Analysis

The approval of the hostage deal by ⁣Israel’s cabinet marks‍ a significant development in the ongoing conflict with Hamas. The deal, which allows for ⁣the release of ⁣at least 50 hostages, demonstrates ⁢a willingness to negotiate and make concessions for the sake of securing the safe return of Israeli citizens.

The approval of the deal comes after five hours ⁤of ⁣intense discussion among the cabinet ministers. While‍ the majority of ministers supported the ‍deal, there were three cabinet ministers from the Religious Zionism party ‍who voted against it,⁣ highlighting the differing opinions within the Israeli government regarding such agreements.

Under the terms of the agreement, Hamas will release ⁣50 hostages in exchange for 150 Palestinian prisoners. Additionally, Israel is required to allow 300 aid trucks per day to enter Gaza from Egypt, further demonstrating⁢ a commitment to humanitarian⁢ efforts in the ‍region.

According to a senior Israeli official, the initial release of hostages will include⁣ 30 kidnapped children, eight mothers, and 12 other women during a ‍five-day cease-fire. ⁢This highlights ‌the urgency and importance of resolving the ‍hostage situation and reuniting⁢ families.

While many⁢ details of the agreement have not been formally released to the public, it is expected that the deal will see the⁢ release of 50 living Israeli citizens, mainly women and children, ⁢in groups of 12-13 people per day. This indicates a phased approach to the‍ implementation of the deal.

However, the implementation of the ⁢deal will‍ be delayed ⁣until Thursday, ⁤as Israeli judges need time to review any potential legal challenges to the release of prisoners. This reflects the importance of adhering to legal processes and ensuring ‍that the deal is ⁤conducted in a⁢ lawful ‍manner.

In the coming days, the names of the ‍Palestinian⁢ prisoners will be released to the public, providing an opportunity for Israeli citizens to appeal against ⁤their release. This demonstrates a commitment to transparency and giving individuals the chance to voice ⁤their concerns and objections.

Looking ahead, there is potential ⁤for a second phase of the deal, which could see Hamas releasing more⁢ women, children, and elderly‌ individuals if Israel agrees to extend the ceasefire. This highlights the possibility of further negotiations and confidence-building ‍measures between the two parties.

Conclusion

The approval of the ⁣hostage deal by Israel’s cabinet is a promising step towards resolving ⁣the ongoing conflict with Hamas and‌ securing ‍the release of Israeli hostages.
