We’re just keeping the lights on, and then we only spend money on what we have to solve the problems,” Greene explained.
She concludes by emphasizing that it is possible to make these changes, despite the perception that it is complicated. “Everybody thinks it’s hard. In Washington, D.C., everybody thinks it’s complicated, that you can’t do these things. But you absolutely can do them,” she said.
