Brandon Welbourne, a Tesla driver, expressed his frustration after spending over five hours at the charging station without being able to charge his car properly. What should have been a 45-minute charge turned into a two-hour ordeal.
During his time at the station, Welbourne witnessed approximately 10 vehicles being towed due to the battery issues. This situation highlights the significant challenges faced by Tesla owners in cold weather conditions.
