A recent report from a White House insider reveals that President Joe Biden’s 2024 re-election campaign team is worried about a Justice Department investigation into his retention of confidential documents. On January 12th, 2023, Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed special counsel Robert Hur to investigate the case. The FBI had previously searched Biden’s properties in Delaware and Washington, D.C., in search of secret documents.
