At least 50 people were injured and 13 were taken to the hospital after a LATAM flight experienced a sudden drop mid-flight.
On Monday, a plane traveling from Sydney, Australia, to Auckland, New Zealand, encountered a terrifying incident that left 50 people injured.
The airline issued a statement acknowledging that a technical event occurred during the flight, resulting in a sudden and intense movement, but did not provide further details.

A spokesperson for Boeing mentioned that the company is actively gathering more information and is ready to provide support to the airline.
