Former President Donald Trump’s campaign released a new advertisement showcasing the court battles Trump is facing, which are taking place amid the 2024 presidential race.

The release of this ad on Thursday came just before Trump was found guilty of all 34 counts in his hush money trial in Manhattan, making him the first former U.S. president to be convicted of a felony crime. Footage of various talk show hosts discussing the trial, including former Attorney General Bill Barr, former White House strategist Steve Bannon, and radio host Mark Levin, is featured in the ad.

“What’s going on here is a disgusting disgrace!” Levin says in footage from Fox News. “It is war on Trump, it is war on the Republican Party, and it is a war on the Republic!”

Joe Biden and the Democrats don’t get to use a sham trial to decide an election. The only verdict that matters is at the ballot box on November 5th. Vote Trump! pic.twitter.com/YH4YDAyuQ7

Podcast host Joe Rogan is also featured in the ad speculating that the Democratic Party has “no cards” and is counting on Trump getting convicted in his legal battles.

Footage of commentators criticizing Judge Juan Merchan, the judge overseeing Trump’s trial in Manhattan, is also included in the ad. Merchan has been criticized for acting biased against Trump.

The ad has been shared online by Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC), who is rumored to be on Trump’s short list for vice president. Levin also shared the ad on social media, calling it “fantastic.”

The former president is the presumptive nominee for the Republican Party for the 2024 election, which will likely be a rematch between him and President Joe Biden.

Trump’s sentencing is scheduled for July 11, just four days before the start of the Republican National Convention. It is unclear how the GOP convention would proceed if Trump were sentenced to jail.

The former president, in the meantime, has acted quick to fundraise off of the verdict, describing himself as a “POLITICAL PRISONER” in a fundraising email.
