Melania Trump to sit for rare television interview
Former first lady Melania Trump will sit down with Fox News host Ainsley Earhardt in a rare televised interview in advance of her book release.
The interview will air on Fox & Friends on Thursday, Sept. 26. Melania Trump will discuss her new book, Melania, and share her thoughts on the 2024 election, including the assassination attempts on her husband, former President Donald Trump.
This will be the first televised interview that the former first lady has done in more than two years.
Melania Trump was seen the final night of the Republican National Convention but has mostly stayed out of the spotlight throughout the 2024 presidential election season.
She recently began promoting the launch of her memoir in numerous social media videos, which have included insights into her reflections on the joys of motherhood, the distress of learning her husband was nearly assassinated, why she supports nude modeling, and her recollections of the 2020 protests over George Floyd’s death leading her and the former president to be sent to a secure area of the White House.
Melania Trump’s memoir is set to hit bookshelves on Oct. 1.
