Vice President Kamala Harris will address supporters at a campaign event in Ripon, Wisconsin, alongside former Wyoming Republican Rep. Liz Cheney.
Harris is scheduled to speak at 6:00 p.m. Eastern time in the small Wisconsin town that is celebrated by the GOP as the birthplace of the Republican Party. She is expected to praise Cheney for breaking with her party and endorsing her over former President Donald Trump.
