As he helps lead President-elect Donald Trump’s White House transition team, the longtime environmental lawyer and health activist created a public website for people to write in their favored candidates for over 4,000 positions in the incoming administration. 

“President Trump has asked Bobby to help ‘drain the swamp’ by giving him an influential leadership role on his transition team. Trump has stated that he was not able to ‘drain the swamp’ during his first term, and he’s welcomed Bobby’s expertise in getting the job done in his second term,” the website says, adding, “but Bobby cannot do this alone.”

“He is now turning to the wisdom and expertise of his supporters — and the larger community who want to Make America Healthy Again and those who want to Make America Great Again — to help generate nominations of those who will align with these overlapping visions within a Trump administration,” a post pinned to the “Nominees for the People” forum continues. 

Kennedy ran first as a Democrat and then as an independent presidential candidate during the 2024 election. He suspended his campaign in August to endorse Trump, explaining he believed doing so was the best path to ensuring his health and environmental priorities could be enacted. The two have formed a strong alliance over the past few months, with Kennedy gearing up to tackle chronic diseases and dismantle what he calls the conflict of interest and “corporate stranglehold” on government agencies.

The “Nominees for the People” forum marks Kennedy’s latest venture to help the incoming Trump administration make pivotal policy appointments as it seeks to wield its agenda over the next four years.

Brandon Herrera, Dr. Charles Fagenholz, Robert Sepehr, and Dr. Michael Salla were among the forum’s top nominations as of Tuesday morning. 

With nearly 3,000 votes, Herrera holds the most support for leading the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. A self-described “Second Amendment Absolutist,” Herrera lost a Republican primary race to represent Texas’s 23rd Congressional District earlier this year. 

“The ATF hasn’t had a director that actually understood the firearms industry or been a part of the community it’s responsible for regulating since its founding,” Herrera wrote in a Monday post to X. We have the power to change that.”

With nearly 1,500 votes, Fagenholz, a neurology specialist and holistic health practices advocate, was nominated to head the Department of Health and Human Services. 

“Although winning this would be hard to achieve, one of my favorite quotes ever is “you never know how far reaching something you may think, say or do today will affect the lives of millions tomorrow” and I fully believe that,” Fagenholz said in response to the nomination on Instagram.

With over 600 votes, anthropologist Sepehr was nominated to head the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation and the Department of Education.

With over 500 votes, Salla, a foreign policy expert and author, was nominated to head the U.S. Air Force, Navy, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and the Office of the Director for National Intelligence. Over his decadeslong career, Salla has scrutinized extraterrestrial activity and the government’s response to UFOs. 

“If I was accepted as an advisor to the Trump admin on technology, I would inform them of what I have learned about exotic propulsion systems, secret space programs, ET and ancient technologies, etc., through my exopolitics research, interviews with hundreds of whistleblowers/Insiders/contactees, leaked Majestic documents, etc,” Salla said in an X post.
