This year’s Kennedy Honors event was hosted by Queen Latifah, and the honorees included members of the Grateful Dead, Bonnie Raitt, and Francis Ford Coppola.

“Last night, for the final time, Jill and I were honored to recognize and respect the power of the arts to literally redeem the soul of our nation,” the president congratulated the honorees in a social media post.
