Former President Joe Biden is signing with a Hollywood agency in one of the first major indicators of what the 82-year-old will do after his presidency.

Biden previously signed with the Creative Artists Agency from 2017 to 2020 after leaving office as vice president. On Monday, he did so again.

“President Biden is one of America’s most respected and influential voices in national and global affairs,” CAA Co-chairman Richard Lovett said in a statement. “His lifelong commitment to public service is one of unity, optimism, dignity, and possibility. We are profoundly honored to partner with him again.”

Biden published his Promise Me, Dad memoir in 2017, chronicling his relationship with his son Beau, who died in 2015. Biden also went on his “American Promise” tour that spanned 45 dates and sold “more than 85,000 tickets nationwide,” the agency said.

The agency already represents former President Barack Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama’s Higher Ground media company, as well as other former lawmakers. They also represent icons such as singer Ariana Grande, actor Pedro Pascal, and baseball star Shohei Ohtani.

In Biden’s last interview as president, he didn’t reveal any specific plans on his future but did say he was concerned about democracy’s fragility. “I really am concerned about how fragile democracy is,” he said. “I really think we’re at an inflection point in history here.”

Biden reportedly plans to write another book, which will likely include details about the 2024 election and his concession of the Democratic nomination to former Vice President Kamala Harris. He has reportedly said that he would’ve won if he continued against President Donald Trump, a sentiment he could express in further detail in the book.

The former president is likely to spend more time at his vacation home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, at some point. He often vacationed there during his presidency, though hasn’t been back since November.
