CEO Mike Lindell announced the suit in a livestream on his new social media site Frank Speech on Monday. Speaking on the suit, Lindell said its “all about First Amendment rights and free speech.”
MyPillow has filed its countersuit against Dominion, alleging that its employees “live in fear” and have been threatened because of Dominion’s “illegal campaign of intimidation.” The filing also references McCarthyism and cancel culture.

Dominion announced a lawsuit against MyPillow in February, alleging Lindell defamed the company when discussing allegations that it’s voting machines were rigged against President Trump.
In the countersuit, MyPillow made a distinction between its company and its CEO, saying Lindell was speaking on his own accord when talking about Dominion and that MyPillow has not engaged in discussion about the 2020 election.
