The families and victims of the 9/11 attacks have called upon the top intelligence official to release an FBI review completed in 2016 summarizing an investigation into Saudi Arabia’s involvement. FBI Director Christopher Wray has said he’ll do everything he can to declassify intelligence on the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

Wray was pressed for information on the attack during a House Judiciary Committee hearing last week, saying he’ll further discuss declassification efforts with the Director of National Intelligence.

In the meantime, it was confirmed that 15 of the 19 hijackers were Saudi citizens affiliated with Al-Qaeda. Although, Saudi Arabia denies any involvement.

Additionally, lawmakers on both sides of the aisle wrote to Wray and U.S. Attorney Gen. Merrick Garland, asking them to go public with the intelligence.
