Arizona’s attorney general is seeking a temporary restraining order blocking the Biden administration’s coronavirus vaccine mandates. On Friday, Attorney General Mark Brnovich said “once a vaccine is administered, it can never be undone.”
A news release stated an amended complaint was filed against Joe Biden, claiming mandates for federal employees and contractors are “unconstitutional and illegal.” Arizona first filed a lawsuit back in September, anticipating Biden’s vaccine mandate would affect more than 100 million workers.
“Our lawsuit right here is the first salvo pushing back against the federal government’s vaccine mandates, but it will not be the last salvo,” said Brnovich.
Brnovich added the mandate is one of the greatest infringements upon individual liberty and federalism seen.
In times of crisis, government officials should take greater precautions to defend the Constitution and protect our individual liberties.
