“It’s also possible that the fact that she’s an adoptive mother is influencing her inability to see what it’s like to carry a pregnancy to term,” said a protestor.
Pro-abortion activists marched to the homes of Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett Wednesday evening wearing the now-iconic “Handmaid’s Tale” costumes that have become synonymous with the fight of pro-abortion activists to secure federal abortion access.
One activist outside Barrett’s home in Falls Church, Virginia, claimed the justice does not know what it’s like to give birth, even though Barret has given birth five times, and is the mother of seven, two of whom are adopted.

“It’s also possible that the fact that she’s an adoptive mother is influencing her inability to see what it’s like to carry a pregnancy to term,” said a protestor.
After the protestor was told that Barrett has carried children to term, the activist replied, “Not everybody wants to have five kids or four kids or one kid.”
The activist continued, “In this country, there’s a separation of church and state. So, somebody’s religion, no matter what that might be, cannot dictate how they carry out their job as a public official.”
Seven masked activists at Barrett’s home, dressed in the red robes made famous by the televised adaptation of of Margaret Atwood’s “The Handmaid’s Tale,” picketed the residences with signs.
