Adam Kinzinger describes Trump as having a ‘broken’ brain and labels Biden as ‘low energy
Former Illinois Representative Adam Kinzinger commented that former President Donald Trump appears more energetic compared to his likely opponent, which he sees as an advantage. Kinzinger, now a political commentator for CNN and often critical of Trump, discussed his views following videos of President Joe Biden that suggested mental decline. Despite stating that the videos are misleading and pushed by Republican agendas, Kinzinger acknowledged that the public perception of energy levels could influence voter sentiments in the election.
Former Illinois Rep. Adam Kinzinger said former President Donald Trump has an advantage in the election: He appears to have more energy than his likely opponent.
Kinzinger, who works as a political commentator for CNN and is a frequent critic of the former president, was asked about his thoughts on videos shared online of President Joe Biden showing signs of slipping mentally. The ex-congressman contended that Trump’s brain is “broken” but that he acts more energetically than Biden.
“And I think it’s completely an unfair comparison, but right now, Joe Biden looks a lot more low energy than Donald Trump, and that’s Donald Trump’s advantage,” Kinzinger said.
Kinzinger said the videos of Biden are “blatant lies” and that Republicans are the ones pushing the idea that the president is not mentally fit to be president. He added that if one were to zoom in on Biden’s face in these videos, he or she would see the president is “not frozen,” as people claim.
The topic of Biden and Democrats showing a lack of energy in public was recently commented on by radio host Charlamagne tha God, who argued that Democrats ought to learn to talk “like real people” instead of delivering speeches calmly and slowly. Last month, Charlamagne said the election looks to be a toss-up and argued the winner will be whoever “energizes their base the best at this point.”
