Americans in Russia Told to Leave Immediately, Warned of Risk of False Arrests
NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said that a new major Russian offensive in Ukraine is already underway.

British analysts base the figure on daily reports of Ukraine’s General Staff. However, intelligence reports stress that they cannot verify the method used to estimate the number. They did however note that the numbers reflect the trends at the front.

A Berlin government spokesperson announced that Germany had begun training the Ukrainian military in its Leopard 2 tanks. The spokesman stated that the training would end by March 31, when Germany will turn over the tanks for Ukraine.
In Poland, the training of Ukrainians using German Leopard 2 tanks has also started.
