The legal team of former President Donald Trump seems to be pushing the boundaries with the judge presiding over the case regarding his attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
On August 7th, District Judge Tanya Chutkan issued an order demanding both the prosecutors and the defendant to provide her with two potential dates for a hearing on a gag order requested by the prosecutors. The judge specifically requested the hearing to take place on or before August 11th. However, President Trump had other plans.
