Congress’ decision to move ahead with impeachment isn’t sitting well with conservative voters nationwide. In West Virginia, supporters of former President Trump are voicing their frustration with lawmakers in D.C.
Many people are concerned that a second impeachment will further divide the nation. Others don’t see the value in impeaching a president that is no longer in office. These concerns are prompting some Americans to flock to gun shops and stock up on guns and ammunition for their own protection in case things take a turn for the worse.
“I’m very worried about this country where it’s going. If it keeps heading down the same way they’re going to push people into another civil war,” West Virginia gun dealer Scott Pickett stated.
BREAKING: The Senate votes 56-44, passing a resolution that asserts the impeachment trial is constitutional and will proceed.
