Anheuser-Busch Whistleblower: Bud Light’s Destruction Deliberate and ‘Strategic’
A Former Employee Reveals the Alleged Orchestrated Downfall of Bud Light
In a recent interview with Tomi Lahren on OutKick’s “Tomi Lahren Is Fearless,” a former employee of Anheuser-Busch InBev spoke out about the controversial decline of the Bud Light brand, suggesting that it may have been a deliberate act.
The whistleblower, whose voice was altered for anonymity, delved into the alleged inner workings of the company during a time of crisis. Bud Light faced a widespread boycott after partnering with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney, and Lahren pressed the individual for details on what was happening behind closed doors.
According to the former employee, even the management was upset about the situation. Anheuser-Busch had provided Mulvaney with a personalized can of Bud Light to celebrate his “365 Days of Girlhood,” which sparked outrage among consumers.

The former employee expressed their opinion that the timing of the controversy was both the worst and the best for the company to initiate a anheuser-busch-whistleblower-the-destruction-of-bud-light-was-intentional-and-strategic/” title=”Anheuser-Busch Whistleblower: Bud Light’s Destruction Deliberate and ‘Strategic'”>corporate-level change. They suggested that the move was strategic and planned by the company itself.
Lahren sought clarification, asking if Bud Light intentionally allowed the partnership with Mulvaney to become a disaster in order to rejuvenate and restructure the brand. The whistleblower revealed that things changed after Anheuser-Busch was acquired by Belgium’s InBev, as the new owners were not fond of the high wages and benefits provided to union workers.
The individual claimed that Bud Light had been failing for years, and it seemed like the company wanted to put the final nail in the coffin. They explained that the recent loss in production made it easier for the company to restructure contracts and payments, using the excuse of declining business as a reason for change.
The former employee expressed anger towards the company, believing that they must have known the consequences of their actions and allowed it to happen. They suggested that the company had planned for all of this to occur.
Earlier this month, it was revealed that Bud Light had lost its position as the top-selling beer in the U.S. to Modelo Especial.
