The events of October 7, 2023, shook me to my core. They ignited a fire within me, forever altering my perspective on Israel and the United States, my beloved home for over three decades.
The United States, once a beacon of democracy, is now becoming a global laughingstock. We bask in the glory of our past achievements, but fail to recognize the decay that surrounds us. Our obsession with pleasant outcomes has blinded us to the importance of hard work and practical problem-solving.
We are losing our pragmatism, transforming into a society of useful idiots led by a vocal minority. This woke minority is pushing us towards self-destruction, and if we don’t act, Israel’s survival will be at stake.
Inspired by the late Charlie Munger, vice chairman of Berkshire Hathaway, I learned the power of speaking the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable. Munger fearlessly shared his thoughts, unshackled by public opinion. In contrast, Warren Buffett, driven by fear, often resorted to non-answers.
Today, we must shed our fear and silence. The loud minority gains power by accusing the silent majority of bigotry, leaving us afraid to speak up. We must resist cancel culture and the woke cancer that is destroying our country.
Fighting against anti-Semitism and the woke movement is one and the same fight. We must unite against our common enemy.
Find Your Role in the Fight
Now is the time to take action. Each of us has unique strengths and abilities. Some are fighting on the frontlines in Israel, while others contribute by supporting opposition campaigns against anti-Semitic politicians.
If you are a donor to universities, redirect your funds away from those promoting racism and inequality. Instead, support institutions that value free speech and challenge the minds of our youth. Changing our universities is key to shaping society’s future.
We all possess special gifts. It’s time to use them. Fight for what is right while we still have something worth fighting for.

America is the land of the free, where individual liberty and freedom of speech are cherished values. Yet, these values are under attack. The woke ideology is infiltrating our schools, workplaces, and even our government, silencing those who dare to challenge its narrative.
Israel, the only democracy in the Middle East, faces constant threats to its existence. The rise of anti-Semitism has become alarmingly prevalent in recent years. We cannot turn a blind eye to this hatred. We must stand with Israel and defend its right to exist.
The awakening begins with education. We must teach our children the importance of critical thinking, questioning authority, and valuing diverse opinions. We must encourage open dialogue and respectful debate, where ideas are challenged, and knowledge is gained.
Furthermore, we must vote for leaders who prioritize the values that made America great and protect our alliance with Israel. We cannot afford to elect politicians who pander to the woke agenda or turn a blind eye to the threats facing Israel.
As individuals, we can also support organizations that champion free speech, defend Israel’s right to exist, and stand against the woke culture. By donating, volunteering, and getting involved, we can make a difference.
The awakening is not an easy path. It requires courage to stand up against the tide and to speak out against the prevailing narrative. But the stakes are high. The future of America and Israel rely on us rising to the challenge.
Let us heed the call to fight for America and Israel. Let us reclaim the spirit of freedom and democracy that once defined us. Together, we can create a future where our voices are heard, our values are upheld, and our nations thrive.
