Who is Eligible?
To qualify for this payment, you must be a San Diego resident with at least one child under 18, a senior who is at least 55 years old, or a disabled adult. Your household income must also be at or below 200% of the federal poverty level, which is $29,160 for a household of one and $60,000 for a household of four. You must also live in one of the 39 San Diego County Health Equity ZIP codes, which are listed online.
How Will Recipients Be Selected?
Recipients will be chosen through a lottery system, and payments will be issued in two waves: the first in June and the second in August. You will receive your payment in the form of a prepaid debit card, which will be sent to you in the mail or can be picked up at designated locations.
