Progressive Activists in Higher Education: A Hidden Agenda?
It’s time for progressive social activists in higher education to come clean. Instead of hiding behind a facade of inclusivity and equality, they should admit their true feelings towards Jews. It seems they harbor a deep hatred and would prefer to see us eradicated.
Recently, news broke that the City University of New York (CUNY) planned to host a seminar titled “Globalize the Intifada: Mapping Struggles for Palestine between the Streets and our Classrooms.” While the event was eventually canceled, the original title revealed a disturbing and violent sentiment.
🚨🚨 #Breaking – UPDATE 2:
The title of this @CUNY seminar, scheduled for Feb 16, has now been changed with mention of “Globalize the Intifada” REMOVED. It is part of a broader course on: “Engagement, Equity & Antiracism” pic.twitter.com/gBQnXZbMFR— Jonathan Harounoff (@JonathanHaroun1) February 5, 2024
The term “Intifada” refers to the organized and indiscriminate killing of Jewish civilians through terrorism. It is a chilling reminder of the violence inflicted upon innocent Jews during the First and Second Intifadas. It is clear that murder has no place in higher education.
The CUNY seminar is just one example of the axis of Jew-hatred that exists within progressive social justice movements. These activists claim to fight for justice and equality, but their true intentions are far from noble. They use the guise of scholarly discussions to mask their complicity with murder.
We cannot ignore the fact that Jewish students are already being targeted on college campuses. Attacks have occurred at prestigious institutions like Harvard University, Cooper Union, Tulane University, and Columbia University. It is clear that these events and rhetoric are not harmless political speech, but rather calls for violence.
That’s why I have filed Title VI complaints against American universities that have failed to address campus antisemitism. These investigations are a step in the right direction, but they won’t solve the problem as long as the public remains blind to the lies and distortions perpetuated by higher education.
It is time for us to confront the truth. The far-Left’s anti-Semitism is a real and dangerous threat. We must not repeat the mistakes of the past and remain complacent in the face of hatred. Only by acknowledging and exposing the true intentions of these anti-Semites can we hope to defeat Jew-hatred once and for all.

How do progressive activists in higher education reconcile their claims of equality and inclusivity with their promotion of ideologies that harm Jewish individuals?
E, equality, and inclusivity, yet they openly support and promote ideologies and actions that target and harm Jewish individuals. Their true agenda is to undermine and delegitimize the State of Israel and its right to exist, using higher education institutions as a platform for their anti-Semitic rhetoric.
This hidden agenda becomes even more evident when we examine the BDS (Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions) movement, which many progressive activists endorse. BDS claims to be a peaceful movement aimed at pressuring Israel to comply with international law and respect Palestinian rights. However, a closer look reveals a disturbing pattern of singling out Israel and holding it to an unfair standard.
While BDS supporters argue that their movement is rooted in justice and human rights, it is clear that their actions are fueled by a deep-seated bias against Israel and Jews. They ignore the fact that Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East where all citizens, regardless of their ethnicity or religion, have equal rights. Instead, they choose to perpetuate a false narrative of Israeli oppression.
Progressive activists often claim to champion diversity and inclusivity, but their true colors are revealed when it comes to the Jewish community. Anti-Semitism has no place in any social justice movement and must be called out and confronted. It is crucial for universities and colleges to take a stand against these extremist ideologies and ensure that higher education remains a safe and inclusive space for all students, regardless of their background.
Furthermore, it is important for students and faculty members to engage in open and honest dialogue about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, free from bias and prejudice. Universities should promote academic freedom and intellectual diversity, allowing for constructive discussions and debates that encourage understanding and empathy.
In conclusion, it is time for progressive activists in higher education to confront their hidden agenda of promoting anti-Semitism. The events at CUNY serve as a stark reminder of the dangers that arise when prejudice and hatred are allowed to flourish within academic institutions. It is the responsibility of administrators, faculty members, and students to stand up against anti-Semitism and ensure that higher education remains a place of enlightenment, inclusivity, and respect.
