Ethiopia’s Abeje Ayana and Kenya’s Helah Kiprop won the men’s and women’s Paris Marathon on Sunday, respectively. Ayana completed the men’s race in 2:07:15, while Kiprop won the women’s race with a time of 2:23:19.
