Biden Admin Violating Law by Withholding Report on Iran’s Military, Lawmaker Alleges

Rep. Claudia Tenney (R.N.Y.), notified Congress Thursday that the Biden Administration is illegally withholding intelligence about Iran’s most recent military capabilities.

Tenney stated that the annual defense spending bill was passed Dec. 27, 2021. It gave the Biden administration 180 days for the report to be submitted. The deadline was met on June 25.

The DNI office did not respond when we asked for comments.
