Biden is set to announce his 2020 reelection campaign. The president will be under pressure to fulfill his campaign promises. He will also have to address issues that are unlikely to win support from his political enemies.
“As we move into the next election cycle, using executive orders to get stuff done is going to be more important than ever,” Manley stated.
