The Department of Justice Indicts Former Israeli Army Officer in Biden Family Bribery Case

The Department of Justice has made a significant announcement, revealing an eight-count indictment against Gal Luft, a former Israeli army officer and a highly sought-after witness for the House Oversight Committee. Luft recently came forward with allegations of the Biden family’s involvement in bribery and payments linked to Chinese military intelligence.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York issued a statement stating that Luft “willfully” failed to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act. In addition to this charge, Luft is also facing accusations of arms trafficking, Iranian sanctions violations, and making false statements to federal agents.

Luft Denies Allegations in Video Statement

In a captivating 14-minute video released by the New York Post, Luft vehemently denies all claims made against him. Filmed in an undisclosed location, he asserts, “I volunteered to inform the U.S. government about a potential security breach and compromising information about a man vying to be the next president, who is now being hunted by the very same people I informed.”

Luft emphasizes that he has no political motive or agenda, stating, “Let me be clear: I am not a Republican or a Democrat. I did it out of deep concern that if the Bidens were to come to power, the country would face a traumatic China collusion scandal, similar to the Russia collusion scandal. Unfortunately, due to the DOJ’s cover-up, this is exactly what has happened.”

The Israeli professor claims that his arrest in Cypress was an attempt to prevent him from testifying before congressional committees regarding the bribery allegations against the Biden family. He questions, “I warned the government about potential risks to the integrity of the 2020 elections. Who is the real criminal in this story?”

Referring to himself as the “patient zero of the Biden family investigation,” Luft demands the release of the minutes from the March 2019 Brussels meeting, where he disclosed crucial information about the Biden family to a delegation of six federal officials.

In his video, Luft alleges that one of the federal agents he met in March 2019 was none other than FBI agent Joshua Wilson, who signed the subpoena for and seized Hunter Biden’s laptop. According to the Daily Mail, Wilson verified the device as Biden’s by matching it to his Apple ID and iCloud account. Luft expresses disappointment, stating, “They had enough time to investigate the issue, but they didn’t.”

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) had planned to interview Luft as a “potential witness” in the Biden family inquiry, but the key witness mysteriously disappeared “without a trace.”

The DOJ accuses Luft of lying to law enforcement about his crimes, stating, “LUFT conspired with others in an effort to act within the United States to advance the interests of the People’s Republic of China as agents of China-based principals.”

According to the DOJ, Luft “conspired with others and attempted to broker illicit arms transactions with certain Chinese individuals and entities.”

Luft concludes by acknowledging that he may have to live on the run for the rest of his life.
