Biden Lies On Debate Stage About Democrats’ Abortion Extremism
In a presidential debate, President Joe Biden firmly stated his opposition to late-term abortions, countering claims that Democrats support abortion through all nine months of pregnancy. Despite his assertions, Biden did not specify any restrictions he supports when pressed by CNN journalists Jake Tapper and Dana Bash. His stances are rooted in the Roe v. Wade decision, though it was overturned the previous year. Former President Donald Trump criticized Biden’s position as extreme and unpopular among Americans. Polls suggest that a majority of voters, including Republicans, Democrats, and independents, favor restrictions such as prohibiting abortions after 15 weeks. Trump accused the Biden administration of being the most radical in terms of abortion policy. Biden, a self-described Catholic, has actively promoted policies and legislation to support abortion rights, often involving taxpayer funding, which contradicts the general public’s preference for more restrictive abortion laws.

Yet when asked by partisan hacks like CNN’s Jake Tapper and Dana Bash whether he supported any restrictions on abortion, Biden named none. Instead, he claimed his baby-killing beliefs are rooted in Roe v. Wade, which was overturned last June.
Biden’s abortion philosophy goes far beyond an unconstitutional and defunct SCOTUS ruling, however. The Democrat has spent a large chunk of his four years in office touting policies that give Americans the legal license to murder unborn babies at any point in pregnancy via painful dismemberment or mail-order pills.

Biden’s lying did not deter former President Donald Trump, who repeatedly identified Biden’s position as wildly unpopular
“We think it’s a radical thing. Democrats are the radicals, not the Republicans,” Trump said.
A majority of American voters reject Democrats’ abortion-through-all-nine-months agenda. In fact, most Republican, Democrat, and independent voters say they support protecting unborn babies beginning at 15 weeks.
Trump is right. Biden doesn’t just personally support “three trimesters” abortion. His administration alone is responsible for the most extreme abortion activism this nation has ever seen.
The self-described Catholic has repeatedly promised to legalize unlimited, on-demand abortion through all nine months of pregnancy via a sweeping bill and routinely promoted taxpayer-funded abortion policies. Hardly a month goes by without the president or one of his White House surrogates expressing support for deceptive abortion ballot measures and fearmongering about lifesaving protections in red states.
Biden’s handlers know that abortion through all nine months is a losing issue, which is why they have repeatedly tried to cover it up. Biden’s own attempt to distract from his radicalism only continued in Atlanta on Thursday night but epically failed when he falsely conflated the murder of young women by illegal border crossers to the plight of women he falsely claimed are being arrested for trying to abort their babies after “being raped by their in-laws, by their spouses, brothers, and sisters.”
