A quick look on Wayback Machine This page contains links to the tax filings of these individuals that they originally posted on joebiden.com’s financial disclosure webpage in July 2019.

In Janaury 2022, the JoeBiden.com financial disclosure webpage included the additional filings from 2019 and Harris’s forms from 2019.
These tax documents were still available publicly on JoeBiden.com as of July 17, 20,22.
A day later, JoeBiden.com’s financial disclosure and tax returns pages were updated.
JoeBiden.com began linking to Democrat donation pages on July 18, 2022. However, there was no mention of Biden’s tax filings.
What could have happened at this time?
In June 2022, the FBI visited Mar-a-Lago and rummaged through President Trump’s documents, which he took legally from the White House as president.

As The Hill reported:
During his June visit, he joined the Mar-A-Lago meeting between agents and unnamed people, shaken hands with agents, and congratulated their efforts.
Agents asked for a stronger lock to be installed on the storage room door. Later, a subpoena issued for Mar-a-Lago security camera footage. Trump was reported to have complied with the subpoena.
Not long after, however, on August 8, 2022 the FBI raided President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home.
They raided his home, rummaging through Melania’s underwear, and ransacked Baron’s room before taking boxes of legal documents Trump took with him when he left the White House.
Biden quietly removed his tax records from his campaign webpage before this event.
