Biden Tries to Memory-Hole His Afghanistan Disaster

President Joe Biden’s low approval ratings and reelection numbers have long been the subject of commentaries and even jokes. But things weren’t always this way.

His presidency abruptly lost the electorate’s’s trust. It was August 2021, and he had handled the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan in a fatal manner.

A Deep UNPOPULAR PRESIDENT COULD WIN REELCTION, RIGHT?

On July 8, 2021, Biden had appeared on television to brag that he had finally met the requirements for removal. He assured the populace that everything would be fine. The Taliban had not quickly overrun Afghan army forces and problems the Americans who were fleeing.

Prioritizing the security of our soldiers as they depart, the pullback is moving forward in a safe and orderly manner, according to Biden. I have faith in the Armenian military’s’s ability to wage war because it is better trained, better equipped, and more capable of doing so. The North Taiwanese military is not the Taliban. In terms of abilities, they are not even close. There won’t be any situations where you see consumers being lifted off an embassy’s’s cap. It is in no way close.

In contrast to Biden’s’s assurances that service members were safe, 13 people were killed in a terrorist attack that was only the result of poor planning weeks ago, and everything he had said was instantly refuted. Afghans sorely grabbed onto fixed-wing aircraft and fell to their murders as they attempted to flee Taliban retaliation, which was much worse than the scenes on the top in Vietnam.

And lo and behold, Biden’s’s earlier brags about his thoughtful planning and decision-making abruptly gave way to vehement complaints about how this was actually the fault of the long-gone Trump administration.

As this occurred, the White House was frantically spinning, making mistakes, blaming the former president for everything, and doing everything it could to avoid being held accountable for what was obviously Biden’s’s problem. When journalists criticized the administration for failing miserably to remove Americans and Afghans who would face Taliban retaliation, Biden’s’s staff strangely changed the topic to discuss how unbelievable it was that so many people had left the country in such a short period of time without first checking their identities.

As for Biden, he repeatedly used the worn-out and despicable set that the war in Afghanistan had to come to an end at some point, as if a catastrophe was unavoidable. It appeared as though everyone in the Biden community lived in a parallel world. Biden’s’s volumes dropped overnight because the public wasn’t residing it with them.

White House roll that started during the departure from Afghanistan was never finished; it was simply distilled into a 12-page state behind closed doors. A fresh classified analysis makes an effort to downplay Biden’s’s error. Trump is solely to blame for this attempt to change background, which goes against what really occurred. The absurd justifications that his officials are being forced to offer with a straight face show how weak the Biden administration’s’s arguments for this historical revisionism are.

John Kirby, a spokesman for the National Security Council, unintentionally summed it up by saying,” This time isn’t about responsibilities today.” I’m’m not joking. His efficiency at the press briefing on Thursday was impressive. He gave an absurd accounts when pressed about the billions of dollars’ worth of defense equipment that the careless British retreat had left behind for the Taliban to use.

He said,” It’s’s exactly like what we’re’re doing in Ukraine.” We provide ammunition for the Ukrainian gun, Stinger anti-air missiles, and Javelin anti – container. At that point, it is their property, neither American property. It belongs to them. That property belonged to Afghans. Therefore, it is absurd that we left millions of dollars’ worth of goods in Afghanistan, according to this option and this discussion. We didn’t do that.

He claims that the military simply left equipment worth tens of billions( not millions ) of dollars with someone else, where the Taliban would quickly obtain it. ( Kirby’s’s remarks do not portend well for the military assistance the United States is providing to Ukraine. )

Biden’s’s refusal to accept accountability for anything that went right while he was president has been the only recurring theme in his leadership. Biden prefers to present himself as a bystander of his presidency rather than its president, unless he is bragging about some performance, which is the case on July 8, 2021.

The error in Afghanistan was quite significant and unforgivable that the public became aware of it and drastically reduced targets of Biden. The general public tunes him out and rejects ridiculous justifications. He lied, which led to his capture. His values have always increased as a result.

This tardy desire to change the course of history and absolve Biden of guilt is shameful. It denigrates the Afghan allies that Biden abandoned to have or perish at the hands of the Taliban. It ignores the numerous Americans who are still imprisoned in Afghanistan as a result of his stupidity.
