Biden’s Biggest Lies In MSNBC Oval Office Exit Interview

President Joe Biden sat down with MSNBC propagandist Lawrence O’Donnell for an Oval Office exit interview, where he persistently lied about major initiatives of his presidency and the state of politics during his term.

Along the way, Biden was aided by the dangerously uncurious bootlicking of O’Donnell who never once pushed back on anything Biden said, and at times praised him and made emotional appeals to his decades of failed public service.

‘An Oligarchy Is Taking Shape’

In the interview, O’Donnell referenced a portion of Biden’s farewell address where he warned of an “oligarchy” taking shape.

“You issued the warning about the power of the tech-industrial complex, an echo of President Eisenhower in this very room in his farewell address, warning about the military-industrial complex,” O’Donnell said. “And you said that an oligarchy is taking shape that threatens our entire democracy, our basic rights and freedoms, and a fair shot for everyone to get ahead. How does this oligarchy affect people out there who’ve never used the word ‘oligarchy’?”

“If the decision is made that the multi-billionaires — the super, super wealthy, the wealthiest people in the world — begin to control all the apparatuses from the media to the economy, then who do I get to fight back for me?” Biden replied.

But Biden’s response displays a clear misunderstanding of whose political allies are run by oligarchs — even though Biden himself was on the receiving end of their wrath.

In 2024, Democrat oligarchs decided to usurp the will of their own voters and oust Biden from running for a second term as president, coronating Vice President Kamala Harris, for whom no one voted, instead.

This did not come as a surprise to anyone who paid even minimal attention to the 2016 primary, where Democrat oligarchs united to destroy the presidential prospects of Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., flexing their “super delegates” to coronate Hillary Clinton.

Democrat oligarchy does not stop at the party, either.

On Jan. 4, Biden awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom to both Clinton and far-left billionaire George Soros, who is infamous for funding the elections of feckless district attorneys to make communities less safe, buying local news outlets to stop the flow of information to the American public, hijacking local elections offices, and supporting a vast network of activists who push things like transgender interventions and abortion.

The list of Soros’ investments to alter the fabric of American society is too long to review here, but he also funded Black Lives Matter, defund-the-police movements, open borders, legalization of all drugs in Oregon, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Leftists boast quite a list of billionaire oligarchs, including Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Pierre Omidyar, Reid Hoffman, Hansjörg Wyss, Tom Steyer, Michael Bloomberg, and John Arnold.

Some of those oligarchs, like Zuckerberg, facilitated the suppression of true information on Facebook and other platforms at the direction of the Biden administration itself. He helped the Democrats censor information about the coronavirus and the vaccine, as well as questions about the legitimacy of the 2020 election. Zuckerberg actually spent hundreds of millions of dollars to change election rules in 2020.

While it is unclear exactly who Biden was referencing with his “oligarchs” comment, it is easy to assume it is Elon Musk, the person who bought Twitter in order to make it an open platform for sharing information without censorship, specifically because Democrat oligarchs exercised so much control over the American people.

Journalists Are Getting in Trouble for ‘Telling the Truth’

No, they’re not. Journalists are getting in trouble for lying on behalf of Biden and the Democrats.

In the interview, Biden expressed concern that journalists at far-left outlets are feeling uneasy about the number of their colleagues who are caught in legal trouble for blatantly lying to the American people and believing they should not have to suffer the consequences.

He said journalists he knows are “worried about whether or not they’re going to be held accountable for telling the truth.” Biden asked, “When the hell has that ever happened in America? I mean, a long time.”

On Friday, a jury found CNN is literally fake news after it defamed Navy veteran Zachary Young, but the corporate media have been lying about Trump and in favor of Democrats for years.

One does not have to look too far to see a recent example: The Atlantic attempted to conduct its own “October surprise” when propagandist Editor-in-Chief Jeffrey Goldberg advanced a debunked narrative about how Trump praised Adolf Hitler and was abusive to Gold Star families.

In December, Democrat shill and ABC News anchor George Stephanopoulos and his organization were forced to pay $15 million for Trump’s presidential library after falsely claiming repeatedly that Trump had been found liable for rape.

But those examples probably pale in comparison to the Russia collusion hoax, the “very fine people” Charlottesville hoax, the Jan. 6 “insurrection” hoax, and countless others the media has peddled without facing any accountability.

Red States ‘Really Screwed Up’ Their Economies

In the interview with O’Donnell, Biden attempted to place blame for a dismal economy on Republican-led states.

“I got a lot of criticism, understandably. We’ve invested more in red states than blue states,” he said. “For two reasons. One: Red states really screwed up in terms of the way they handled their economy, the way they handle manufacturing, and the way they handle access to supply chains.”

Telling a story that sounds like one he is infamous for inventing, Biden added, “You know, I remember being out in Iowa, and I remember one of the big issues was that there was a plant, a small plant of 300 people, been around for 70 years: ‘My grandfather worked there, I worked there, my son works there.’ And then — and they had the best education system at the time, and maybe the best state education system in the country — and all of a sudden the kid comes home after he graduates and says, ‘Mom, I gotta leave. There’s no job for me here. The factory shut down.’ Well, guess what? How do you run a country that way? How do you do that?”

However, 16 out of 20 states leading job recovery since the coronavirus pandemic had Republican governors, and 16 also had Republican-majority legislatures. At the same time, 8 out of 10 states with the worst job recovery were run by Democrats. States run by Republicans saw an average of 143 percent job recovery, compared to Democrats’ 118 percent.

Biden defended his record on handling inflation, including his coronavirus spending that he was warned would lead to more inflation. He refused to blame the rampant government spending that defined his presidency, even as inflation rose to its highest point since July in December. Instead, he has continually blamed other factors, including the pandemic and the Russian invasion of Ukraine, for skyrocketing grocery prices.

Now, as he leaves office, he is blaming red states for his rampant inflation and ailing economy.
