Black History Month Is Lackluster When Elites Obsess Over Race All Year Long

Do you feel like Black History Month was a little lacking in celebration this February?

Super Bowl ads are highly acclaimed Recent years For their Promoting diversity, equity, inclusionThis year, they seemed less obsessed by the topic. “Super Bowl Commercials Reflect Waning DE&I Commitment in the Ad Industry,” One headlineIts author noted that “the majority of casts, crews and directors behind the 2023 Big Game commercials are white men.” Indeed, after a Dramatic increase in racial and sexual minorities in 2020 and 2021, Forbes in January reported Surprisingly, streaming and television advertising are becoming more whiter.
