Brawl Erupts in Pistons Magic Matchup, Leads To Multiple Ejections
The matchup between Detroit Pistons (and the) sparked tempers. Orlando Magic On Wednesday night, there was a brawl in the Motor City.
Magic forward Moritz Wanz Wagner made his exit as the second quarter was about to end. Pistons rookie guard Killian Hayes were chasing down a loose ball heading toward the Pistons’ bench.
Hayes was running in a dead sprint, while Wagner was trying to find his way.

Hayes attempted to find Wagner to pick it up but Wagner pushed Hayes’ way into his own bench. This set off everything.
Hamidou Diallo quickly backed his teammate and shoved Wagner in the back. Hayes, however, went above and beyond when he jumped up after he fell into the seats. He appeared to be punching Wagner in the back.

Wagner fell into the Pistons’ seats and both benches quickly became entangled as players and coaches on each side were in a large scrum. The public address announcer was clearly heard telling the fans to remain seated while the situation on the hardwood was resolved.
