BREAKING: Former NBA Star Arrested In Connection With Drive-By Shooting: Reports
Shawn Kemp was a former star of the Seattle Sonics. “Reign Man,” On Wednesday, he was charged with driving-by shootings in the state.
“Shawn Kemp has been booked into Pierce County jail in connection with a drive-by shooting near the Tacoma Mall,” Jason Rantz (conservative radio host in Seattle) tweeted the news.
“Tacoma PD reports: At 1:58 pm, an altercation between the occupants of 2 cars led to shots being fired at a parking lot in the 4500 blk of S. Steele St. One car fled. No injuries were reported,” Rantz added. “A gun was recovered.”
Tacoma PD reported: Shots were fired on a parking garage in the 4500 blk S. Steele St. at 1.58 pm. None of the injuries sustained were reported. Ungun was also recovered.

Kemp was selected in the first round of the 1989 NBA Draft.
Six-time NBA All-Star, he played 625 games for the Seattle Sonics and was instrumental in helping the team to the 1996 finals.
