BREAKING: NFL game suspended after player collapses, CPR given
The Buffalo Bills’ football game against the Cincinnati Bengals was suspended Monday night after one of the players suffered a terrifying injury.
Damar Hamlin, Bills safety, collapsed just six minutes into the second quarter after he made a tackle.
After making the tackle Hamlin stood up and took a few steps back before he collapsed onto the field.

“I’m told Damar Hamlin has a pulse, but is not breathing on his own,” Joe Danneman, FOX19’s sports reporter, tweeted. “He is being transported to UC. Needed AED and CPR on the field.”
The NFL Players Association issued a statement regarding the incident, stating that everyone was praying for him.
“The NFLPA and everyone in our community is praying for Damar Hamlin,” In a statement, the NFL Players Association stated. “We have been in touch with Bills and Bengals players, and with the NFL. The only thing that matters at this moment is Damar’s health and well-being.”
After CPR was administered on the field, Damar Hamlin arrived at Cincinnati Hospital.
