‘Can’t Make This Stuff Up’: Twitter Reacts To Pfizer Sponsoring Satan-Themed Grammys Performance
Many Grammys viewers were shocked by the fact that this year’s show was sponsored by none other than pharmaceutical giant Pfizer.
Music fans made their opinions known on Twitter, noting how Sam Smith and Kim Petras’ hell-themed Performance of their award-winning song “Unholy,” The reminder by Pfizer that it was financially supporting the whole endeavor came right away.
“Sam Smith has a SATANIC Grammys performance & it’s sponsored by Pfizer … You can’t make this stuff up,” One person shared a moment of observation while another was watching. Video clip The stage was red-lit.
“The Devil. Brought to you by Pfizer…,” Charlie Kirk, conservative pundit and author, agreed.
“They really ran the ‘sponsored by Pfizer’ right after the Satanic demon performance at the Grammys. This stuff is getting too obvious,” Another tweet .

“I get on Twitter and realize I missed the Grammys last night. I see it was either satanic or they’re just dressed up as blood clots since it was sponsored by Pfizer,” Another person JokesSharing photos of Smith arriving in red cape, and Lizzo posing with her red-flower-adorned gown.
“The Grammy’s featured Sam Smith’s demonic performance and was sponsored by Pfizer,” Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green (R-GA) Tweet. “And the Satanic Church now has an abortion clinic in NM that requires its patients to perform a satanic ritual before services. American Christians need to get to work.”
Smith’s performance is being lauded by legacy media despite the overt Satanic imagery. Smith, who is non-binary, has previously spoken out about the risks involved in making this album.
“I think that you can’t blame people for thinking something’s not beautiful sometimes. Some people just didn’t like it, but it was a case where I had to sit there and be like, ‘Wait, maybe you don’t like that because you don’t understand it,’” Smith . “The music industry is just not used to queer artists.”
Petras and Smith won the 2023 Grammy Award as best pop duo/group.
