Charlamagne Tha God Slams Democrats for Shutting Down Primary Challengers to Biden
Left-wing media personality Charlamagne Tha God didn’t hold back this week when he criticized the Democratic Party for reportedly not allowing 80-year-old President Joe Biden to face primary challengers in his 2024 re-election campaign.
Charlamagne made the remarks while speaking with comedian Andrew Schulz on a podcast, where he started out by mocking Biden’s campaign announcement video. “When you start your video off…and it says…you’re in condition to run–” Charlamagne said as he burst out in laughter.
“Democrats are goofies, bro. Look how goofy y’all are,” Schulz said. “Y’all really judge Trump and people who like Trump, when you got this motherf***er running again?”
The clip then cuts to Biden’s video, which shows Biden saying, “Personal freedom is fundamental to who we are as Americans. There’s nothing more important, nothing more sacred. That’s been the work of my first term to fight for our democracy.”
“Aren’t you embarrassed to be a Democrat?” Schulz asked.
“I’m not a Democrat,” Charlamagne responded. “I’m not a Republican, either.”
Charlamagne later expressed his disappointment that the DNC won’t allow any primaries next year. “Do a f***ing primary debate!” he exclaimed. “Put Joe Biden up on that stage with Bobby Kennedy [Jr.] who’s challenging him and Marianne Williamson and whoever steps up to the plate. And let’s have a f***ing discussion, yo!”
