The Chinese government places great importance‌ on information security and⁢ expects⁢ all mobile phone companies, including Apple, to comply with its laws and regulations and strengthen information security management.

China’s focus on using locally-made tech products stems from the increasing significance ⁣of technology as a national security issue for both Beijing and Washington.
