Climate Advocate Al Gore and CEO Tim Cook Must Be Ousted From Apple Board: NLPC
The National Legal and Policy Center, a non-profit that monitors the ethics of public officials and files with the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), has filed two opposition filings against the position taken by Apple CEO Tim Cook Climate advocate Al Gore Apple’s board
According to the SEC filing, voting against Al Gore’s twenty first term on his board of directors was required.
