House Oversight Chairman Anticipates Criminal Referrals Against Hunter Biden
House Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-KY) announced on Thursday that he expects to recommend up to 10 criminal referrals against Hunter Biden. These referrals could include charges related to prostitution and his overseas business deals.
“He violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act. He was money laundering. He was racketeering. He committed wire fraud. He violated the Mann Act. The list goes on and on and on,” Comer said during the interview. “But yet he gets a slap on the wrist and the Democrats want to talk about, ‘Oh, the two-tier system of justice is racist in America.’ Well, Hunter Biden is the ultimate white privilege guy here.”
The Mann Act, which prohibits the interstate transportation of women or girls for prostitution, is among the potential charges against Hunter Biden.
Comer also highlighted the evidence presented by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, including plane tickets and pictures, that allegedly show Hunter Biden violating the Mann Act. He emphasized that there is no question about his violation and that he could have been charged accordingly.

Furthermore, Comer commented on the release of a form from an FBI confidential human source (CHS) by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA). The form alleges that Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky was forced by the Biden family to pay a $10 million bribe in exchange for pressuring the Ukrainian government to fire prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma.
Comer stated, “The evidence here is pretty overwhelming that Joe Biden did something for the CEO of Burisma. And what the form also says is that investigators would have a hard time – it would take them 10 years to determine how they got the money because of the way they transferred the money through so many different bank accounts.”
Investigation into the Biden Family
Comer has been leading an investigation into the Biden family’s business dealings and alleged influence peddling abroad. In another interview this week, the Kentucky Republican revealed that congressional investigators have obtained financial records that allegedly show transactions from Russia to the Biden family.
