According to reports, Amy Grant fell off her bike while riding with a friend. She suffered some cuts and bruises but was thankfully wearing a helmet at the time.

According to a representative for the singer, Grant will be staying in the hospital one more night for observation.

The accident comes two years after Grant underwent heart surgery to repair partial anomalous pulmonary venous return, or a PAPVR, which improperly circulates blood through the heart’s chambers.
