The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has announced an investigation into Elon Musk’s acquisition of Twitter, now known as X. But it doesn’t stop there – they are even dragging him to court, demanding his testimony. This lawsuit comes almost a year after President Joe Biden, the creeper-in-chief, hinted that Musk’s business move was worth scrutiny, refusing to rule out the possibility of him being a national security threat.
When asked how he would approach this, Biden ominously chuckled, “There’s a lot of ways.”

Now, multiple government agencies have launched investigations and lawsuits against Musk and his various businesses. CNBC reported that the SEC has sued Musk, aiming to force him to testify about his Twitter purchase from last year.
Musk, however, failed to appear for testimony on September 15 after being served a subpoena in May 2023.
“Musk’s ongoing refusal to comply with the SEC’s administrative subpoena is hindering and delaying the SEC staff’s investigation to determine whether violations of the federal securities laws have occurred,” the attorneys wrote in the complaint. “Accordingly, the SEC now asks the Court to compel Musk to appear for investigative testimony.”
But what exactly is Musk’s crime? On paper, it’s hard to say. The SEC is merely asking questions.

In reality, it seems that Musk’s unforgivable sin is daring to defy the Left and exposing the corrupt alliance between the federal government and Twitter, which has been used to censor Americans. By acquiring Twitter, he not only embarrassed and weakened the government’s control over the people, but he also championed free speech and refused to bow down to tyrants.
Musk is unafraid to shoot guns, criticize the FBI, applaud Tucker Carlson’s interviews, reject radical gender ideology, and even possess a sense of humor. Most egregiously, in the eyes of Biden and his Swamp cronies, Musk refuses to blindly support the latest Forever War in Ukraine. He prioritizes the well-being of Americans.
All of this, and more, is why the Left despises him.
Biden foreshadowed the investigation into Musk, and now it’s unfolding before our eyes. We should not be surprised by the lengths the Creep State will go to maintain its power.
