Damar Hamlin Returns to Bills Facilities, Greets Teammates
Damar Hamlin is back at the building
Safety, Who suffered cardiac arrest and fell on the field during a game against the Bengals on Jan. 2., is seemingly back in the team’s facilities in Orchard Park. Matt Milano, a linebacker posted a Saturday photo of Hamlin greeting teammates and smiling while standing up.
The caption of the post included an angel emoji. The Associated Press Citing an anonymous sourceHamlin was later confirmed to have visited the team facility on Saturday.
Hamlin, a 24-year-old was discharged at the Buffalo General Medical Center/Gates Vascular Institute On Wednesday, the Bills announced. After making remarkable progress, he was previously transferred to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center earlier this week.
During quarter one of the Bills – Bengals “Monday Night Football” Matchup. Hamlin fell to the ground, even though he was initially able to get back on his feet after making an apparently routine tackle of Tee Higgins. He received CPR and was shocked on the field. He was then rushed by ambulance to the hospital in critical condition.
The game was cancelled and declared a no-contest.
The Bills won their first game after the incident. The Patriots were routed 35-23 To secure the No. AFC 2 seed. Buffalo’s Nyheim Hines returned two kickoffs for touchdowns in the game, including on the opening play of the game.
The Bills are heavily preferred in Sunday’s wild-card round game against the Dolphins.
