Denny Hamlin Loses Appeal After He Was Penalized for Intentionally Fencing Ross Chastain at Phoenix Raceway
Denny Hamlin was fined and punished for purposefully fencing Ross Chastain during the competition at Phoenix Raceway, but The National Motorsports Appeals Panel denied him an argument.
