DeSantis holds massive lead over Trump in Florida: Poll
Gov. Ron DeSantis Former President: (R-FL), leads Donald Trump Florida Republican Primary Voters voted by almost 31% more than the other.
It pollThe University of North Florida’s Public Opinion Research Lab conducted a poll of 550 Republican voters across the Sunshine State. It showed that DeSantis had a clear lead over Trump, despite the fact that the survey included a large field of candidates as well as a matchup head-to-head.

Liz Cheney (R-WY) getting 3%, former Vice President Mike Pence Sen. Ted Cruz (R–TX) received 1% Govs. Kristi Noem (R-SD). Chris Sununu Along with Sen. Tim Scott (R–SC), received each less than 1%)
The Florida governor won a matchup with Trump 59%-28% in a head to head contest. Florida is both DeSantis’ home state and Trump’s primary residence, though Trump ran in New York as an American resident in 2016.
Only Trump and Haley, two of the candidates mentioned in the poll have made their bids to be president. Entrepreneur, author Vivek Ramaswamy He is not the only major Republican candidate who has been declared, but he was included in the survey. The poll took place between February 25 and March 7.
DeSantis is keeping up with Trump in many primary states including California where he has gained support in recent months polling data. A recent poll Does show Trump leading in New Hampshire’s early primaries, however, it is Sununu who is the governor. said he believes If the primary was held right now, DeSantis would defeat Trump.
