Did Ramaswamy Win the Debate with This 23 Second Rain of Fire?
GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy delivered a powerful and engaging performance during Wednesday night’s presidential primary debate in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. In just 23 seconds, Ramaswamy succinctly listed four issues that many Republicans can agree on.
“If you want somebody who’s going to speak truth to power, then vote for somebody that’s going to speak the truth to you,” the businessman confidently stated.
Ramaswamy boldly challenged the status quo, addressing controversial topics head-on. He expressed his belief that the January 6th incident was an inside job, and that the government has been lying about Saudi Arabia’s involvement in 9/11 for two decades. He also argued that the great replacement theory, often dismissed as a right-wing conspiracy, is actually a fundamental part of the Democratic Party’s platform. Additionally, Ramaswamy claimed that the 2020 election was stolen by Big Tech.

These statements by Ramaswamy have sparked intense debate and controversy. The New York Post reported that the FBI had so many paid informants at the Capitol on January 6th, 2021, that they lost track of the number. There are even claims that at least one informant was communicating with their FBI handler as they entered the Capitol.
In a previous Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, GOP Sen. Ted Cruz questioned the involvement of FBI agents and confidential informants in the events of January 6th. However, the FBI assistant executive director refused to provide specific details.

The great replacement theory, which suggests that President Joe Biden opened the southern border to change the voting demographics of the U.S., has also been a topic of discussion. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer openly stated that the Democratic Party’s goal is to provide a pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrants living in the U.S.
“Chuck Schumer says Democrats want to pass an immigration bill because ‘we have a population that is not reproducing on its own with the same level that it used to.'”

Lastly, Ramaswamy raised concerns about Big Tech’s influence on the 2020 election. He pointed to the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story and the significant financial contributions made by Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg to key counties. These actions included placing poll workers in election offices.
The debate performance by Vivek Ramaswamy has ignited a firestorm of discussion and controversy. His bold statements and willingness to challenge the status quo have resonated with many Republicans. Only time will tell how his words will impact the political landscape.
