Trump indicted, mocks Fani Willis over Georgia bond.

Former‍ President Donald Trump Mocks ⁣Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis

In a recent post on the social media platform Truth ⁣Social, former President Donald Trump took a jab at Fulton‍ County District Attorney Fani Willis for her insistence on a hefty bond for him. Trump humorously suggested that he might flee to Russia ‍and ⁤stay in a luxurious suite with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“The failed District ‌Attorney ‍of Fulton County (Atlanta), ⁣Fani Willis, ‍insisted on a $200,000 Bond from ‍me,” Trump said. “I assume, therefore, ‌that she thought I ‍was a ‘flight’ risk – I’d fly far⁣ away, maybe to Russia, Russia, Russia, share a gold domed suite with‌ Vladimir, never to be ⁤seen or heard from‌ again. Would I be able to take my very ‘understated’ airplane with the gold TRUMP affixed for all ⁤to see. Probably not,⁤ I’d be much better off flying commercial – I’m sure nobody would recognize ⁤me!”

Trump’s History of Criticizing Prosecutors

This‌ is not the ⁤first time Trump has targeted his prosecutors in legal cases. He has previously gone after special counsel Jack Smith, whom‍ he referred to as a “lunatic,” and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

Last week, Trump was indicted by a Fulton County ⁣grand jury on charges related to alleged election‌ interference during the 2020 presidential election in Georgia.
